PAYMENT
We require accommodation to be paid for on arrival and accept all major credit and debit cards and cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of a room requires 48 hours notice or, if you fail to arrive at Well Cottage B+B without cancelling the booking, you will be charged for one night's accommodation.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Rooms are normally available from 12 noon, however, please let us know your expected time of arrival as our reception is not manned 24/7. Your room must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. During your stay you can come and go at any time that suits you; however, please have consideration for other guests.
NON SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT
We are a non smoking establishment and would ask guests to adhere to the policy in all the accommodation for the safety and comfort of other guests.
CHILDREN/PETS
Sorry we do not accept children under 7 or pets.
NOTE
In the event of malicious, wilful or negligent damage to either room or property we will charge the cost of repairs or the amount of any loss-including business interruption losses - to the credit or debit card of the registered customer.
